Ghanaian Highlife musician Kofi B passes on.



Ghanaian Highlife musician, Kofi Yiadom Boakye popularly known as Kofi B has passes on. Reports say he passed on early Sunday morning after coming back from a show at Cape Coast.

Kofi B was one of Ghanas' finest Highlife musicians with hit songs such as; Koforidua Flowers, Mmbrowa and Bantama Kwasi Boakye.

Sources say he complained of chest pains after returning from his last concert in Cape Coast on Saturday 1st February 2020.

Reports say Kofi B passed on shortly after complaining about his chest pains.

Legendary music producer and sound engineer, Fred Kyei Mensah confirmed the death of the "Mmbrowa" hit maker via his Facebook page.

Confirming the death, Fred posted, "This week has been a bad week for me. Have lost two great talents. Rest well Kofi Boakye alias Kofi Bee...".

The feud between Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie and fellow Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known in the entertainment sphere as Shatta Wale continues to escalate and it shows no signs of stopping.
